C-440 AquaHib® is highly effective for scale and corrosion prevention in hot or cold water systems. This product is an all organic formulation that is considered a non-polluting water treatment. C-440 is effective in cleaning most dirty, scaled or fouled water systems. C-440 does not contain any nutrients that promote bacteria growth, therefore lowering the amount of biocide needed. These features improve personnel safety and simplify the treatment program.

NORMAL TREATMENT CONCENTRATIONS:
One gallon of C-440 will treat 2,000 gallons of water in chilled water systems. Use ½ to 1 gallon of C-440 for each 1000 gallons in closed hot water systems. Use 1 gallon of C-440 for each 1000 gallons in engine jacket waters. Older water systems or those experiencing corrosion should be treated with twice the normal amount of C-440. Tests are available to determine the amount of C-440 in the water system.
