C-440S PreTreat is effective for cleaning old scale and corrosion in hot or cold closed water systems. C-440S is an organic formulation water system cleaner which is considered to be non-polluting. C-440S is highly effective for cleaning most dirty, scaled or fouled water systems.

NORMAL TREATMENT CONCENTRATIONS:
One to three gallons of C-440S PreTreat will treat 1000 gallons of water in chilled or hot water systems. Older water systems or those experiencing corrosion should be treated with twice the normal amount of C-440S. Tests are available to determine the amount of C-440S in the water system. Use C-440S PreTreat after the system has been cleaned and flushed to assure corrosion protection.
