CB-6 replaces stabilized phosphate and many other cooling water treatments programs. CB-6 works well with acid for higher cycles of concentration or without acid.

CB-6 is effective in water systems from 10 degrees C to 95 degrees C for scale and corrosion prevention. CB-6 exceeds the corrosion control properties of chromate and zinc on ferrous and copper alloys. This product is an organic formulation and is considered non-polluting for water treatment. CB-6 cleans dirty, scaled or fouled water systems and controls CaCO3 and Ca(PO)4 deposits.

NORMAL TREATMENT CONCENTRATIONS:
Open circulation systems need 10 to 15 ppm in the cooling water as product. Hot closed water systems such as engine jackets need 15 to 20 ppm as product.

CB-6 is the result of over six years of research. CB-6 is considered non-polluting cooling tower water treatment. This product is not for use in soft water.
